Gina began working in restaurants while attending college. Falling in love with all of the facets of the industry, she decided to change her major from business finance to entrepreneurship. in tandem with earning her BA in the field, she spent her free time working in progressively demanding restaurants. The is where she fell in love with the romance of wine. All of the different varietals, regions, styles, etc., absolutely fascinated her. She proceeded to obtain her Court of Masters Sommeliers degree, using it as a stepping stone to further her education and expertise. Her knowledge and abilities have let her enjoy over 10 Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence on her various wine lists. Gina is also very passionate about achieving high levels of customer service through others. Learning the ins-and-outs of this herself has given her the tools that she uses to get strong results out of her various teams. From playing off of the specific strengths of employees to identifying possible opportunities for improvement, the human talent management aspect is the most rewarding for her.
